Connected-Labs, a former French Mstar Semiconductor subsidiary – independent since January 2014, becomes Voxtok Technologies.

For many years, this team has been a well-known expert in Audio-Video and Web technologies for Consumer Electronics. It remains a very close partner to key actors on the TV and STB markets, such as IC providers, manufacturers, brands and operators, providing expertise and technologies.

The Voxtok Technologies’ team is engaged in the development of the Voxtok Hi-Fi system, combining the best Web and Audio technologies to “Keep Music Alive”.

During the next CES (Las Vegas – January 2015), Voxtok will showcase its flagship product, a modern and easy-to-use Hi-Res Audio System, that combines in the same box, an Audiophile-grade player, a Music Home Server, a CD Ripper, Cloud Services for Music and a very simple app for mobile phones, tablets, Connected TVs, STB and computers. A pre-launch demo will also be available during the Son&Image Festival in Paris, in October 2014.

Voxtok is engaged in some Web standards for Consumer Electronics, such as HbbTV, and will release some open technologies, combining in the same framework, some Audio, Video & Web solutions. These solutions are partially integrated in the Voxtok Hi-Fi systems.
